The holocaust was a thing Hitler created. It was his plan to execute and murder as many as 6 million of Jews by the Nazis. The work “holocaust” is a word that means sacrifice by fire. In January 1933 the Nazi became in power. The Nazi believed that Germans were “racially superior.”
During the era of the holocaust. Germans were the target. The Nazi had the plan to move all Jews from their homes and into a camp called Concentration camp. Concentration camps were Jews were put in to work and starve to death. But before they Nazi removed them from their homes they put them in Ghettos a term used to describe the name of the Jewish quarter in Venice. Jews remained in Ghettos for a short period of time. After the short period of time the Jews were force to be put on a train with number amounts of window. The train ride would be 2-3 days long leaving Jews hungry and thirsty. The train would stop at the concentration camp Nazis officers would then make the Jews form a line men to the left and women, children babies to the right. The older women that were unable to work were burned in the crematory- a furnace for reducing dean bodies to ashes by burning. The men were served different. Jewish men were run though a series of exams. The lucky Jews were given a number of tattooed to the arm. Soon after they were done with their exams they were forced to striped butt naked and changed into pajamas with a yellow star referring to the Star of David on every piece of clothing. The Jew had to bed they slept 3-4 people to a bunk with little comfort. All Jews were longing weight because they would only receive a little ratio of bread. No enough to satisfy their needs. Most Jews starved and work to death. Nearly 11 million Jews were either burned in the furnace or died of natural starvation. The Jews were called walking skeleton.
